ProSculpt, the technology partner of CIEL HR, played a key role in the successful execution of Rozgar Mela 2.0, a two-day mega job fair hosted at Salesian College, Siliguri on 15th and 16th November 2025. The event was organized by the Darjeeling Welfare Society (DWS) under the leadership of Mr. Harsh Vardhan Shringla, President of DWS, Honorable Member of Parliament and former Foreign Secretary.
As the official Technical Partner, ProSculpt enabled the onboarding of 9,000+ candidates through its platform, ensuring smooth digital registration and data management. More than 60 companies participated across sectors such as Banking, Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Automotive, IT, Business Services, Aviation and Airlines.
The mega event drew 5,000+ walk-ins over the two days from across North Bengal, with over 2,000 candidates offered or shortlisted across multiple industries. This outcome reflects the strong demand for talent and the effectiveness of a well-orchestrated employer–candidate connect platform.
Building on this success, ProSculpt will be signing MoUs with all 60+ participating companies, creating a long-term pipeline of collaboration and talent supply. Through these partnerships, an additional 10,000+ job opportunities are expected to be available on the ProSculpt platform, further strengthening its role as a leading employability enabler.
The success of Rozgar Mela 2.0 is the result of seamless coordination between technology, field operations and institutional partners. Special appreciation goes to Mercy and Logeshwar for their technical support, and to the on-ground field team — Kannan, Vidhyapathy, Arun Prasad, Saravanan and Sozlarajan — for their relentless efforts in mobilization, coordination and event execution.
Rozgar Mela 2.0 aligns closely with the vision of the Honorable Prime Minister to expand meaningful employment and skill-based opportunities for youth across India. Mr. Harsh Vardhan Shringla is expected to highlight the success of the initiative and its impact on North Bengal’s youth in his interactions at the highest levels of government.
