CIEL Skills & Careers Pvt. Ltd., a Ma Foi & CIEL Group company, has formalised a strategic collaboration with Aditya University, Surampalem, to enhance student career readiness and Placement networking through ProSculpt— a flagship career readiness and placement platform. The partnership is designed to create a structured, data-driven talent development model that prepares BBA and MBA students for competitive, industry-aligned career pathways.
During the engagement, the CIEL team had the opportunity to meet key leaders of the university, including Dr. M. B. Srinivas (Vice-Chancellor), Dr. M. Sreenivasa Reddy (Deputy Pro-Chancellor), Dr.Thangjam Ravichandra (Pro Vice-Chancellor - Strategy & Partnerships) and Dr. G. Suresh (Registrar). Aditya University, located at Aditya Nagar, Surampalem, Andhra Pradesh, spans around 200 acres and offers a multidisciplinary ecosystem including engineering, management, sciences, and humanities. Through this partnership, students of Aditya University gain Key access to the ProSculpt platform, enabling them to engage in assessments, communication refinement, AI-driven mock interviews, and structured development journeys. The model includes employability profiling and sustained learning through the Interview Excellence Training (IET) and Priority Placement Solutions.
Students receive ongoing guidance from the dedicated ProSculpt HR team, supporting consistent progress across communication, behavioral, and interview competencies. In the final year, learners transition into a priority placement track supported by job fairs, interview facilitation, and profile visibility.
The collaboration introduces an integrated, technology-enabled employability process that aligns assessment, training, mentoring and placement.
ProSculpt’s dashboards and AI-based evaluation tools offer real-time insights into student readiness, allowing for targeted interventions and improved institutional visibility.
